Be sure to check out all the posts :-).
Thanks for doing this every year, August. I always enjoy contributing and reading the contributions of others.
It’s such a pleasure for me. Thanks for joining us again, David!
Great tips, I’m not sure which is my fav, I shall have to try them all first
LOL Love it! Let me know how the experiment goes.
My favorite is “scales are for fish” but it’s such a practical video with a serious side–just as it should be. You two did a great job. As as David says, thanks for doing #BOAW every year.

Thanks, Karen! That means a lot from you. Thrilled that you’re participating, and loved your post!
Great tips! My favorite was ditch the diet and the scale. I believe that when you embrace who you are right this moment, it makes it easier to start making the changes you want. It really is all about being positive and loving to yourself. Easy to say, but very difficult to do, though. Thanks, August, for the post and the fest.
Glad you enjoyed them, Helen! You’re so right about such positivity being easier said than done – but man, it’s so worth it.
