I spend much of my time immersed in sexuality research, which includes sorting through the overload of damaging misinformation on the web. Quotes that empower women sexually are particularly difficult to find. To say that last Monday was a breath of fresh air by comparison is a massive understatement! I was and remain struck by BOAW Girl Boner contributors’ eagerness to share incredibly personal stories and insight on female sexuality.
HUGE THANKS to all of you who participated in the Beauty of a Woman BlogFest Girl Boner Edition! Rather than share more of my own thoughts on the fest, I thought it appropriate to wrap the fest up with words from the festers themselves. I’ve only just noticed that I used great more than three times in my reply. I must have been overcum by the excitement of Raani getting a prize. You’re doing a good job there August. See, I didn’t say great.
August, I found every woman who shared something about what their sexuality and sensuality meant to them to be extremely inspiring… It was cool to see how every person approached the topic differently, yet everyone found this amazing celebration of themselves. If those posts didn’t convince that a sex positive attitude builds confidence and encourages happiness, I don’t know what will!
