Demystifying sexuality and celebrating pleasure!
Girl Boner is a term I trademarked after years of contemplating all it stands for: the recognition and embracement of female sexual pleasure. More than a term for female sexual arousal, for which a universal term has not before existed (there’ve long been zillions for guys!), Girl Boner is the title of my brand, website, podcast, nonfiction book series and activism. I also to see it as a movement and my contribution to sex-positivity.
As you probably guessed, “good girl” isn’t a judgment call. I believe the all-too-common notion that “goodness”–having big hearts and strong morals—and sex don’t pair well for gals has profound implications. On the flip side, embracing our full selves, including our sexuality and capacity for pleasure, can pave the way to unfathomable wonder we all deserve.
While much of my content is geared toward people who identify as women, all genders are welcome! I’m really grateful to have a diverse audience that includes many guys and non-binary individuals. You’re all so, so welcome here.

Girl Boner Radio is also where I go to feel authentic, speak my mind and engage with incredible people. In the weekly podcast I record live in Los Angeles, I interview mainstream celebs, empowered adult stars, sexual health experts, authors, activists, “everyday women” with inspiring stories and more. Most episodes also features a fun Ask Dr. Megan segment, in which I explore a listener’s question with the help of New York City sex and relationship therapist, Dr. Megan Fleming. In between full-length episodes, I occasionally feature #GirlBoner Quickies: shorter bonus episodes for added fun.
