Y’all, I have a new activist crush. Her name is Jessica Holter, and if you’re not familiar with her work yet, trust me, it’s time to dive in.
I had the pleasure of interviewing Jessica last week about her journey to becoming the writer, activist and performer she is today and her beautiful brainchild, The Punany Poets, which she created after rapper Eazy-E died of AIDS complications in anticipation of rapid spread of the disease among Black/African American women.
We gabbed about sexual shame and ways to undo it, frequently asked sex questions, the importance of #BlackLoveMatters, her top advice for listeners and more. Then Dr. Megan joined me for an enlightening chat on erectile dysfunction. It’s a rich episode, thanks to these incredible women. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Psst! Stay tuned this week for my 150th episode. I’ll be joined by a fabulous comedian, and sharing empowering goals from some of this year’s awesome guests.
